This section is for adjusting stock levels.
Stock Adjustment- Entered - the date the adjustment was entered.
- Branch - which branch the adjustment is for.
- Entered By - the person who created the stock adjustment.
- On Hand - the quantity currently in stock.
- Quantity - the quantity (+/-) to adjust the stock by.
- Charge Per Item (ex tax) - the value of the stock item not including tax.
- New Stock Level - the quantity in stock after the adjustment.
- Reason - a reason for needing the adjustment.
