This section of the CRM allows you to enter your tasks, much like a 'To Do List'. Each task can be given a due date, a progress status and a priority. In the list mode, you will see the list of your tasks. In edit mode, you can add or alter a task.

The details required for each task are:
  • Details - a description of the task, eg. Review Sales Reports. This can be up to 100 characters long.
  • Priority - the importance of the task. Choose an option from the drop-down list which best describes the importance of the task.
  • Status - this describes what stage the task is at. Choose an option from the drop-down list.
  • Due Date - the date and time the task should be completed by.

Participants
  • Participants - other people involved with the activity.
Company & Contact Details
  • Job/Quote - the job or quote the task is for.
