The sales process usually begins with an opportunity or a quote. Here you can provide your customer with a quotation of costs for them to decide upon before potentially proceeding with a job.

Quotes can be setup to show different options for the customer. For example, they might like to see how much different quantities of a job will cost them. If the quote is accepted, the quote can then be easily copied to a new job and the work begun. If needed, changes can be made to the new job before work is begun. A quote can be created as new, or a previous job or quote can be copied to a new quote.
