These are the items that make up the bill.

Add each of the components that make up the bill by clicking on the ''New Component" button. When the Component screen is displayed, select the product by clicking on the product selection button to the right of the description. Select the product from the displayed list. If a product isn't available then it hasn't been set as "Purchased" in the products section. The product details will then be loaded into the component. If desired, you can add to the details of the component, change the quantity, the charge per unit and the tax rate.

You can either change the nett charge or the tax-inclusive total and the other will be automatically calculated. When finished, click on the "Save Component" button to save the component.

Component
  • Description - a description of the product. Select a product from the list displayed by clicking on the button to the right of the description.
  • Details - any extra information about the product.
  • Charge - the charge per unit.
  • Tax Rate - the tax rate to add to the charge.
  • Total (inc. tax) - the total price including tax.
